Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to senior population
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication reminders and monitor health conditions
- Support individuals in participating in recreational and social activities
- Document and report any changes in health status to the appropriate supervisor
- Ensure the rights and dignity of individuals are respected at all times

Skills:
- Experience in senior care, patient care, assisted living, dementia care, behavior management, nursing home, home care, or hospice care is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with individuals and their families
- Ability to provide compassionate and person-centered care
- Knowledge of resident rights and ability to advocate for individuals' needs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
